1. Install
In wp-admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, install and activate.
2. Create a board
Open the new KanbanBlocks menu, create a board — it starts with To Do / In Progress / Done.
3. Embed it

A wordpress.org directory listing is on the way — soon you’ll be able to install straight from your dashboard.
